Single Line Clamshell Buckets|
Hawco single line clamshell buckets can be used on any crane equipped with a single lifting hook. Designs are available with either automatic trip (touch down) or manual trip opening mechanisms. This type of clamshell bucket is primarily used on ship's cranes to unload bulk commodities from ships. Because of the designed digging characteristics of this type of bucket, the density of the materials to be handled is limited to 100 pounds per cubic foot.
